With roots in Ewa Beach, Donovan Morgan embodies the spirit of Hawaii. His journey is marked by dedication and expertise, shaped by both military service and a distinguished career spanning 28 years in the Big Oil Industry with Chevron USA.

A veteran of the US Navy, Donovan served aboard the USS Enterprise as a Flight Deck Director—a role renowned for its unparalleled challenges and risks.

Transitioning to civilian life, Donovan contributed his skills to Chevron USA for nearly three decades. His tenure included 15 years at the Hawaii refinery, followed by 13 years as a Senior Consultant in Tengiz, Kazakhstan—overseeing Utilities and Project Support Groups for Chevron's largest asset.

Today, Donovan leads Softwash Hawaii, a Hawaiian and Veteran owned local business providing cutting-edge softwashing services—an eco-friendly alternative to traditional pressure washing. 

Softwash Hawaii's approach utilizes water-based, biodegradable solutions to effectively cleanse surfaces, eliminating dirt, mold, moss, and other contaminants while ensuring longer-lasting results without surface erosion.

Not only does our process sanitize surfaces, but it also ensures a clean that lasts 5 to 6 times longer than conventional pressure washing, without the risk of surface erosion.
