Advocacy 101 for Small Business

With the close of the 2022 elections, Kapolei and the surrounding communities will see many new elected reps. In total, Hawaii will see 16 new state representatives and 6 new state senators. As the 2023 legislative session approaches, it is clear there is much work to be done to rebuild our economy and community. Effective advocacy, like never before, is going to be critical and the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce recognizes the need for individuals, businesses and other organizations to share their voices and opinions.

Join us for “Advocacy 101 for Small Business," an informal talk story session on how to effectively engage and communicate with your elected reps. You will leave with a better understanding of the legislative process and how to be an effective advocate at the Hawaii State Capitol that impacts you and your business.
