The Kapolei Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual Holiday Luncheon, however due to COVID-19, this event was taken virtual.  Steve Kelly, James Campbell Company LCC President, Kapolei Properties Division presented a year-end update on project activity and trends in Kapolei highlighting commercial, industrial and residential activity contributing to employment growth in the region. 2020 was a very trying year, but Kapolei communities and businesses have pivoted to make the best of challenging circumstances. Steve shared about recently completed, new and upcoming projects and other major activity in Kapolei, the fastest growing area in the State of Hawaii.  A “Talk Story” session was hosted with Mayor-elect Rick Blangiardi City & County of Honolulu. As we have a new year ahead of us, we also have a new leader who is hard at work preparing to face all of the challenges we have including those we have in our growing city of Kapolei.
