Partners for Democracy Cohort II Applications Now Available

Partners for Democracy, a civic leadership program sponsored by PRP, has opened applications for the next cohort.

The program will teach current and emerging civic leaders how to develop and execute successful political and public advocacy campaigns. The 9-month program will run from June 2023 through March 2024 and include classroom instruction, issues awareness programs, networking and relationship building opportunities, and hands-on work study. 

Here is what you'll need to apply:

• Cover letter
• Resume
• Essay*
• Short bio (no more than 100 words)
• Headshot (400x600 pixels, 300 dpi)
• Signed employer consent letter (click to download)
• Letter(s) of recommendation (optional)

*Essay topic: Please describe your vision for a better Hawaii. What needs to change and/or be done in order for you to achieve this better Hawaii? How do you anticipate the Partners for Democracy program will help you achieve this?
