The Power of Meaning
Emily Esfahani Smith is an author and psychotherapist in Washington D.C. Her book, The Power of Meaning, is an international bestseller and has been translated into 16 languages. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, The Atlantic, and the Wall Street Journal. Her TED Talk, “There’s more to life than being happy,” has been viewed over 15 million times. She lives in Washington D.C. with her husband and two young children.
Eric Rosso
Yoga Instructor & Wellness Expert
Yoga Room Hawaii
Eric Rosso is co-owner of Yoga Room Hawaii which was named best yoga studio by Honolulu Magazine 2023 and 2024.  Eric has been teaching yoga since 2012 and started facilitating breathwork classes in 2021. He retired his advertising agency of thirty years in 2023 to immerse himself in the wellness industry.  He continues his photography and videography business, a graduate of Brown University where he played football and is a father of two grown children.
