Spring is in the air and so too is word around the neighborhood of our biannual community-wide yard sale.  Twice a year—once in the spring and another in the fall—Kapilina Beach Homes promotes this event for residents to setup on their front lawn or in their driveway to turn their old unwanted items into someone else's new treasure.

Click here to register to have your residence appear on the digital map of participating sales, shared with residents and the general public.  Deadline to register is by Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.

We share the following tips and reminders to help make your spring-cleaning experience an enjoyable one:

• Consider promoting your yard sale on social media, including images of specific items you intend to sell.  Don't forget that this event could be from dawn to dusk.  List your own times if you intend to open earlier/close later.
• Share this announcement with your family and friends.  You never know who maybe interested in making their next purchase towards a new hobby, collectible, recipe, etc.
• Create signage and post it on your lawn in the days leading up to this event.  Keep in mind, signs are ok immediately fronting your residence; however, posting signs around the neighborhood is not permitted.
• When your sale is over, don't forget that Kapilina Beach Homes DOES NOT offer a bulky item service.  Consider donating your items to a local charity or disposing of them properly at a nearby collection site.  A Convenience Center is conveniently located in `Ewa Beach at 91-1000 Geiger Road.  For more information, visit opala.org.
