The Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) presents “Show Aloha this Holiday Season”, the annual Kapolei City Lights Block Party and Parade on Saturday, November 30, 2024! The block party is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. around Kapolei Hale, with the parade beginning 6 p.m. from Kapolei High School, cruising down Kapolei Parkway, before ending near the block party.

To get things started, DPR is accepting applications for parade participants and block party vendors (food and non-food) from now until Friday, October 18, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.

The applications include loads of information about the process, requirements, and important event details, so please read thoroughly.

Spectators and members of the general public interested in enjoying these opening night festivities need not apply. Just show up and enjoy the holiday events!
