About
Kearn Oishi is Co-Owner and Operations Director of Aunty Ana's House Day Care, a DHS-licensed family child care home serving West Oʻahu families since 2020. Born and raised in Nānākuli, Kearn brings more than 25 years of operations and leadership experience across the military, manufacturing, financial services, and nonprofit sectors. He served as a U.S. Army Finance Specialist, spent nine years in semiconductor operations at Intel, and 13 years as a licensed financial services representative helping families plan for their futures.
After nearly two decades on the mainland, Kearn returned home in 2010 with one mission: helping local people thrive, not just survive. He has led hundreds of volunteers in community ministry, consults with small business owners on operations, and is the author of several faith-forward books. His guiding principle is simple: people before process. Kearn lives in Waiʻanae with his wife and three adult children.
